Using the Law to Fight NHS Cuts
The Every Disabled Child Matters campaign has put online a paper titled Using the law to fight cuts to disabled children's services. Although the focus is on disabled children, the author of the paper notes that many of the principles will translate across to other groups facing cuts to services.

The intention of the paper is to provide practical guidance as to how campaigners and local groups can use the law to defend services - rather than offering a detailed guide to the law. The paper is also a useful general guide to challenging the decisions of public bodies.
